Message from Cody:
Growing up in a small North Texas town, I learned from an early age how to shoot firearms and how to shoot them safely. Since I was issued my license to carry 15 years ago, it’s been a personal goal and mission of mine to educate and instruct shooters of all ages about the proper techniques required to shoot safely and effectively. As your instructor on the range, I can personally guarantee that you’ll be safe and comfortable as well as armed with the knowledge, skills, and attitude to shoot safely and efficiently.
Cody’s Advice for Beginners:
Understand and follow the 3 safety rules for gun handling:
– ALWAYS keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction*
– ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire
– ALWAYS keep your firearm unloaded until ready to use it
