LTC Range Qualification class for Friday, June 26th has been added to our calendar due to high demand. Please don’t delay securing your spot.
Per City and County order, all customers must be wearing a face covering.
Cloth face coverings should –
- fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
- be secured with ties or ear loops
- include multiple layers of fabric
- allow for breathing without restriction
- ability to be laundered.
Fabric face coverings are not a substitute for physical distancing measures.

We are hiring! Just know that we don’t sit around and play with toys all day, but we do have fun when we can. If you have your Texas License to Carry (LTC) and would be interested in part-time work, come talk to us sometime when you’re at the range!
Shady Oaks Gun Range will be closing tonight per city and county orders.
Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell and Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt have issued Stay Home Stay Safe Orders for all individuals in Williamson and Travis Counties. These two Orders cover all of Cedar Park. The Orders take effect at 11:59 p.m. on March 24, 2020, and will continue through 11:59 p.m. on April 13, 2020, subject to the limited exceptions for essential activities.
All non-essential businesses are ordered to close under these directives, leaving only hospitals, fire departments, law enforcement and limited essential businesses including grocery stores and pharmacies open.

March 24, 2020 – The ProShop will be open from 12pm-6pm for retail sales. The pistol range and the rifle range remain closed at this time.
March 21, 2020 – Although there has been overwhelming demand for private lessons and group classes, we are unable to accommodate requests at this time. It’s impossible to provide one-on-one handgun training while also adhering to social distancing protocols.
Our staff instructors are no longer taking any online bookings for private lessons at this time. Group classes are also being canceled. Registered students will be contacted directly.
